3. What kind of commitment does this leadership experience require?

The Crane Leadership Roundtable experience encompasses four half-day training sessions (approximately 4 hours apiece) for a total of 16+ hours of time on-site.

Experientially, it also requires active participation in the process. Remember, your involvement in this cohort means that you likely took a spot from someone else who wanted to participate.

Regarding attendance expectations, you must complete each of the four sessions in order to graduate. That said, if unavoidable circumstances do arise that might prevent you from completing all four sessions, there is the possibility of working with our Crane leadership team to ensure your completion of the CLR experience through a future cohort.

Finally, because of the value-driven focus of the Crane Leadership Roundtable, we place an emphasis on personal responsibility, integrity, and ongoing commitment to the values that embody the Crane Leadership brand. Thus, every graduate of the Crane Leadership Roundtable experience will be expected to maintain their status as a “member in good standing” going forward through their personal and professional life.

Generally, the various cohorts are designed for professional leaders across three different sectors: Business/Professional, Political/Government, and Non-Profit/Church.

The content for every CLR cohort is grounded in a foundational framework for leadership. Thus, there are certain core leadership principles and practices that members of every cohort will receive.

Beyond that, the basic leadership concepts will extend into specific applications within the various sectors depending on the participants in each cohort (e.g. “In business, how can I increase my impact beyond my financial bottom line?”, “What does servant leadership look like in the political space?”, or “What does excellence look like in the non-profit space?”, etc.)

8. How much does this professional leadership development experience cost?

Typically, a high-quality professional leadership experience like this would cost well over $2,500. However, the cost for the entire Crane Leadership Roundtable cohort experience is only $1,200.

This is an opportunity to invest in yourself and your professional growth. We recognize that your involvement in this experience will require a significant investment of time and resources. But we can confidently guarantee that you will receive tremendous value—both personally and professionally—that far exceeds the investment you will make in this roundtable experience.

In order to secure your spot, the first payment of at least 25% of the total program fee will be due on, or before, the beginning of the first session. And the Crane leadership team is more than happy to work with you to determine what kind of payment plan works best for your situation. You can make your online payments through this portal here.

If securing the financial funding for participation in the Crane Leadership Roundtable is a challenge for you, we would encourage you to seek assistance from your workplace or other benefactors who recognize the importance of investing in your professional development.

Finally, if as a participant of one of our CLR Cohorts you are unable to attend one of the sessions, there will still be the expectation that you will pay for the entire program fee (similar to the financial arrangement one would have when taking a college course). The Crane Leadership Team will then work with you to determine if it’s possible for you to make up the missing session in a future cohort. We want you to succeed as a leader!

IMPORTANT: When considering the cost-benefit analysis of participating in this kind of leadership investment, it is natural to allow the financial requirement to become too big of a hurdle to overcome, and thus, we may too quickly turn away from what could be a life-changing opportunity. Thus, our goal is to work with you to find the resources and creative solutions necessary to ensure your ability to participate. If you find yourself facing a financial hurdle, please let us know so that we can help you navigate the path forward toward success.
