Instructions: For consideration to be included into the current Crane Leadership Roundtable cohort, this application is due no later than Friday, April 12th at 5:00 p.m. Please provide the personal information below, along with your answers to the application questions. Concise, but thorough, answers are preferred. And please keep in mind that each question is not intended as a metric for acceptance into (or rejection from) the CLR program. Instead, they are primarily to give our evaluation team a baseline composite picture of your candidacy.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, and I commit to, the following:

I understand that my participation in the Crane Leadership Roundtable experience requires a significant investment of my time, effort, and financial resources. And because I have been selected to participate in this cohort means that someone else was likely not selected for my spot. Thus, I’m committed to investing myself in this program by coming to each session well-prepared to fully engage in the process. 

I also understand that, in order to get the full benefit of the experience, my attendance at the different cohort sessions is mandatory, and that if I miss a session–while I may be able to work with the Crane leadership team to address my situation–I am potentially putting my graduation from the CLR program at risk.

I agree to remit the $25 non-refundable application fee (which, if selected, will be put toward my overall program fee). If selected for this experience, I also understand that I must remit at least 25% of the full fee ($300) on or before the date of the first cohort session. And the remaining balance of that fee will be due on or before the date of the last cohort session
